Career Clarity – Exploring Paths, Building Futures

The Leading Legends team conducted this week’s SLP Meet on the theme “Career Clarity,” creating a platform for participants to explore diverse career opportunities, understand professional domains, and make more informed decisions about their future.
A major highlight of the session was the team-based career presentations, where participants worked together to research, prepare, and present their findings. This collaborative approach strengthened teamwork, communication, confidence, and collective learning while giving participants a broader understanding of different career pathways.
The presentations covered six major sectors:
- Finance Sector – Exploring opportunities, skills, and growth in finance and related fields
- Public Sector – Understanding career opportunities and professional roles in public services
- Private Sector – Learning about corporate careers, required skills, and growth prospects
- Health Sector – Exploring diverse opportunities across healthcare and allied fields
- IT Sector – Understanding technology-driven careers and the skills required for the future
- Non-IT Sector – Highlighting career possibilities beyond technology and traditional professional paths
Each team presented its sector with a focus on career opportunities, required skills, growth prospects, and future possibilities. The preparation and enthusiasm demonstrated by the participants made the presentations informative, engaging, and practical.
The meet also included Research Presentations, an interactive Fun Activity, Sahadev Komaragiri Sir’s Address, Catalyst Trait Sharing, Growth Meter, and Closing Prayers, followed by a Group Photo.
The session reinforced an important message: career clarity begins with awareness, exploration, and the right conversations. By encouraging students to explore different possibilities before making decisions, the meet turned career awareness into a meaningful learning experience.
