OUR STORY
How it all began?
Soham Leadership Program is an initiative of Soham Academy of Human Excellence. At Soham Academy of Human Excellence, we take in students when they are in 8th or 9th standard. They continue to be part of the Soham Family even after they leave their schools. Some of these students show exceptional raw leadership skill. They are good at negotiating their way through the ridges and troughs of their own lives. Soham is getting good at sensing the aspirations of such students.
When these children leave their academic life we want them to be well prepared to face the social realities. Without proper intervention we are likely to lose them to vagaries of the society. There will be intense pressure on them to believe that it is necessary to compromise their values to attain a good life. They will need some key skills to maintain a perfect harmony of thought, word, and deed.
Our Vision
We want our students to be our future leaders in our villages, districts, cities, and states. We want them to excel and take up leadership roles in whatever profession they pick up. We wish them nothing but the best and through them the very best for our nation.
Our Mission
Our leaders have to develop a strong conviction in the value systems that we are nurturing from a very early life. They should be strong leaders who can negotiate win-win deals, speak fearlessly, develop and deliver clarity of thought and expression, and finally be THE MOST indispensable part of the organizations that they serve.
Our Goals
Making our societies better is one of our key goals. Our students can play a key role in their own communities as well as in society at large. Our first batch of students are entering college life. We realized that we are not preparing our students for such a larger role in society. Soham leadership program hopes to fill that void.

Soham Leadership program is a platform where we can change ourselves from being living a normal lifestyle. This platform helps us to reduce laziness. We can learn new skills, we can be fit and healthy by completing daily challenges from the physical committee, and learn how to organize events. Thank you
