Major Highlight: Mock Interview Session
The most exciting and impactful part of the session was the Mock Interview Discussion, which provided practical exposure to real interview situations.
Mam conducted mock interviews and asked some common HR questions such as:
• Tell me about yourself.
• Why should we hire you?
• What are your strengths and weaknesses?
• Career-related and behavioral questions.
A dedicated Q&A session was also conducted, allowing participants to clarify their doubts and gain valuable interview insights.
Key Learnings from the Mock Interviews
Interview Preparation Tips:
Stay calm, speak slowly, and confidently — don’t rush your answers. Don’t mug up answers; understand what you’ve prepared so you can speak naturally. Be ready to talk in depth about yourself, your background, and especially your projects. Avoid generic words like “hardworking” or “flexible” — back up your skills with real examples. Listen carefully to the full question before answering. Research the company beforehand (website, products, Glassdoor reviews, culture).
Then we continued with Sahadev Sir addressal, sir shared some key insights: Show willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, ownership, and a positive attitude. Ask thoughtful questions, such as “What does a typical day in this role look like?” Before leaving, thank the interviewer, politely ask for feedback, and express your interest in the opportunity.
The session concluded with closing remarks and expressions of gratitude. The entire program was highly engaging, informative, and inspiring. It provided participants with practical interview exposure, valuable career guidance, leadership insights, and opportunities for self-improvement.
Overall, the session was a memorable learning experience that strengthened participants’ confidence, communication skills, interview readiness, and professional mindset.
