The very next day of our first event was the Soham Leaders Investiture Ceremony. Committees were formed and the Captains and Vice Captains of each committee were selected by respective team members. It was the formal occasion of honoring the Captains and Vice Captains with badges. All of them took an oath to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities and took charge as the Action Leaders. One team member from each committee shared their delight as being part of their committee.

Each Committee Captain and Vice-Captain have presented their manifesto for the upcoming 3 months. They presented their ideas and views on the events, challenges, and programs that they were going to conduct. Chief Guest, Sri Sahadev Komaragiri garu and Honourable Guest, Smt. Sobha Rani garu, had congratulated all the Committees Captains and Vice Captains for securing the roles and blessed all the leaders for a new journey of learnings as a team. Sir had guided and empowered all the leaders on how important it is to start working as a team, the skills that we learn when we work as a team, the challenges that we come across the journey, how to learn to handle varied team members opinions and give importance to every team member.

 It was a new beginning for all the leaders, as till then everybody worked on the individual progress of themselves but with the introduction of Committees, a new chapter to Leadership was unfolding for us.
