The Leadership Summit held on 5th December, 2021 with the theme – “Role of Youth in Effective Policing”, had its main focus on the power of our nation, i.e., the Youth. The social responsibility of the youth has been off track these days. To take responsible steps as part of the routine, our Soham Leaders have planned a Youth – Oriented Leadership Summit.

We have posed interactive questions to the eminent and dynamic police officers –

• P. Sridhar Reddy garu (ACP),
• K. Giri Kumar garu (ACP) and
• Manjula garu (C.I).

They have shared their profound experience in the field. The summit discussed social virtues with respect to youth, awareness and communication platforms among police, action of youth towards accidents, thefts, social discrimination, social agitations and many more. This Leadership Summit transformed young leaders and audience into responsible citizens. It emphasised the need of being a good leader and a better citizen.
