INAUGRATION CEREMONY 2023-2024
On August 20, 2023, we gathered for a INAUGRATION CEREMONY a day filled with gratitude, love, and strength. Our SLP Batch 3 concluded, welcoming the new SLP 4 batch from three different colleges – Babu Jagjivan Ram Government Degree College, Keshav Memorial Institute of Commerce and Sciences, and Nrupatunga Degree College. We express our heartfelt gratitude to Kumara Swamy garu for gracing this occasion with their humble presence.
The Soham Leadership Program has been transformative, extending our learning beyond classrooms and sharpening essential leadership skills that will shape our futures. We developed ourselves both personally and professionally by inculcating the concepts of Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability, Communication, Collaboration, Problem-solving, and many more
Appreciating the growth achieved on the big day, there were many special categories awards given to the leaders like avid reader award, robust fitness practitioner, most committed leader, and best personal researcher award. We even announced our special leader *Meenakshi*, who is the *Valedictorian* for SLP 2022-23 batch, flawless in each and every category and an all-rounder too.
We see the Soham Leadership Program as a precious gift that fortifies our personal, professional, and social dimensions. We carry these valuable insights forward with wholehearted commitment.
