The ceremony of commemorating the glory of previous crowns is all about brightening and deporting the learnings and experiences to the new crowns. The peculiarity of this ceremony was that it was the first-ever event celebrated outside our Soham premises. With the permission of Forest officers, we have utilised CAFE (Children and Forest Education Programme) at Dulapally Forest Academy, where we came to know about numerous vegetations and their types, seasonal, temporal and spatial alterations in many plants. We were on a proficient journey with experienced Biologist, Dr. Dharmachandra garu. Our eminent family members – Surendra Tipparaju garu, Lalith Kishore garu, Uma Rani garu, Sridhar garu and Arun garu had joined us in the forest trek.

It was a half-day program and after a sumptuous lunch at the Forest Academy, we started preparations for the biggest event in the term, the Investiture Ceremony. The event was full of cultural programs with support from the Soham Suswara and the Sudeha team. The crucial part of the event was the oath-taking ceremony by our new Captains for the third term of the Soham Leadership Program.

Finally, a good day ended with the handing over of Certificates of Excellence for the participation in the challenges: Consistent February and 108 Surya Namaskaras. The presentation of events and the 4-month journey of the second term conquered the hearts of the participants and audience. Ultimately, the blessings of our Gurus, Mentors and the beautiful time spent with them have transferred the crown to other heads blessing a successful journey in the next term – the last term of SLP 2021.
