Meditation & Ahimsa Run – Running Together, Growing Together

On 21st December, Soham Academy proudly participated in the Meditation & Ahimsa Run at Sanjeevaiah Park, Necklace Road, transforming a simple marathon into a memorable journey of fitness, mindfulness, and teamwork.

The academy successfully prepared, guided, and coordinated over 200 participants, including 130 government school students from eight schools, enabling them to confidently participate in the 5K and 11.1K runs. The event brought together individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared spirit of determination and encouragement.

The run, held on World Meditation Day, beautifully combined physical fitness with mindfulness, reminding participants that true well-being is achieved through both a healthy body and a focused mind.

Some of the key highlights of the event included:

  • Successfully coordinating 200+ participants, including 130 government school students
  • Participation in both the 5K and 11.1K Meditation & Ahimsa Run
  • Promoting fitness, discipline, mindfulness, and teamwork
  • Encouraging participants to support and motivate one another throughout the journey
  • Creating an enjoyable and safe experience filled with confidence, smiles, and shared achievements

The event concluded with participants carrying home not only the satisfaction of completing the run but also a deeper appreciation for collaboration, resilience, and the joy of achieving goals together. It was more than a marathon it was a celebration of community, purpose, and the belief that every journey becomes more meaningful when we move forward together.
