Module Session - Sahadev Sir

Hosted By - Power Performers

This week’s SLP Meet began with opening prayers, creating a calm and positive atmosphere that carried through the entire session. Hosted by Team Power Performers, the meet combined learning, creativity, and interaction, making it another enriching experience for all participants.

The session opened with creative introductions that reflected confidence, enthusiasm, and individuality, immediately energizing the audience. This was followed by an engaging Book Review segment, where participants presented thoughtful insights from their chosen books with clarity, confidence, and effective communication. The presentations reflected not only a strong understanding of the books but also the participants’ growing presentation skills.

Adding a fun element to the session, the WordHunt activity encouraged teamwork, quick thinking, and active participation. The activity created an energetic atmosphere while strengthening communication and collaboration among participants.

The meet also featured insightful SLP Talks, covering diverse topics such as Indian deities, the importance of living in the present, personal experiences, and cognitive biases. Each speaker brought unique perspectives, encouraging the audience to think critically and connect ideas with everyday life.

The session also highlighted that great speakers are not born they are developed through continuous practice, preparation, observation, and constructive feedback. Participants were encouraged to focus not only on what they speak but also how they communicate their ideas.

The session concluded with one of Sir’s most memorable messages:

“Stand up. Speak up. And shut up.”

Overall, the meet offered a balanced blend of learning, interaction, and practical skill development. From thoughtful discussions and engaging activities to valuable lessons in public speaking, participants left the session with greater confidence and a deeper understanding of effective communication and leadership.
