Module Session - Sahadev Sir

Hosted By - Power Performers

Some sessions educate. Some inspire. And some do both while leaving a lasting impact. The SLP Meet held on 8th March 2026 was one such enriching experience that brought together learning, reflection, leadership, technology, and personal growth in a single impactful session.

The meet commenced at 9:30 AM with opening prayers, creating a focused and positive atmosphere for the day. Hosted by the energetic Team Power Performers, with Aryan Singh as Host and Ravi Teja as Co-Host, the session began with a creative and nostalgic activity where participants introduced themselves through childhood photographs and school memories. The activity sparked laughter, strengthened connections, and created a warm and engaging environment.

Among the many enriching segments of the day, one of the most impactful was the Financial Literacy & Money Habits Session conducted by Sahadev Komaragiri Sir.

The session focused on developing a healthy relationship with money and understanding the importance of financial awareness from a young age. Rather than viewing money merely as a means of spending, participants were encouraged to see it as a tool that can create security, opportunities, and long-term growth when managed wisely.

The discussion emphasized that financial success is not determined solely by the amount of money a person earns, but by how effectively they manage, save, invest, and utilize their resources. Through practical examples and real-life perspectives, participants gained a deeper understanding of the habits and mindset required to achieve financial stability and independence.

Some of the key concepts explored during the session included:

  • “Money is not what you make; it is what you keep.”
  • The importance of disciplined saving and responsible spending.
  • Setting clear short-term and long-term financial goals.
  • Understanding financial planning and future projections.
  • Exploring different financial personality types and spending behaviors.
  • Building awareness of how financial habits influence long-term success.
  • Balancing Lakshmi (Wealth) and Saraswati (Knowledge) for holistic growth.
  • Developing habits such as budgeting, saving consistently, and making informed financial decisions.

One of the most memorable insights shared during the session was the importance of maintaining a balance between wealth and wisdom. Sir explained that while financial growth is important, true success comes from combining prosperity with knowledge, values, and continuous learning.

Beyond financial concepts, the session also encouraged participants to develop the right mindset towards money respecting it without becoming attached to it, using it responsibly, and understanding its role in achieving personal and professional goals.

The discussion served as a valuable introduction to financial literacy, helping participants develop greater awareness of money management and inspiring them to build habits that can contribute to a secure and successful future.

The meet was further enriched by interactions with guest speakers, insightful discussions on technology and Artificial Intelligence, book reviews, leadership learnings, and thought-provoking SLP Talks. Together, these sessions created an environment of continuous learning and personal development.

The session concluded with closing prayers, leaving participants with new knowledge, fresh perspectives, and renewed motivation. More than just a meeting, it was a platform for learning, self-discovery, and growth. The SLP Meet successfully demonstrated that financial literacy is not merely about managing money it is about developing the discipline, awareness, and mindset required to make informed decisions and create a meaningful future. Participants left the session not only with practical financial knowledge but also with valuable life lessons that will guide them in their personal and professional journeys ahead.
