This week’s SLP meet was conducted as a Leadership Summit, offering a highly enriching and impactful experience for all participants. 

The event was organized by Team Power Performers at the ECE Auditorium, Osmania University, and brought together young minds to engage with real-world insights from accomplished entrepreneurs. 

 The summit featured three dynamic speakers: Mr. Devendra Varma Jagggaraju, Mr. Shravan Kumar Mogilishetti, and        Mr. Avinash Mada, who shared their entrepreneurial journeys and practical experiences with the audience. 

 The session began at 9:30 AM with opening prayers, followed by an introduction to Soham Academy and a formal welcome to the speakers through audio-visual presentations. The overall theme of the summit “Young Minds Creating Businesses, Turning Failures into Leadership Strength” set the direction for meaningful discussions and learning.

The panel discussion provided valuable perspectives on entrepreneurship, personal growth, and leadership. Some of the key insights shared during the session included:

 ● Understanding the value of money and developing a strong business mindset .

 ● Gaining real-world perspectives on business challenges and opportunities .

 ● The role of spirituality in personal and professional growth, including accepting
imperfections and evolving from within .

 ● Learning to respect money without becoming attached to it .

 ● The idea that “our transactions are the transformations we create”.

 ● Recognizing that “ideas do not fail; the approach needs to evolve”.

 ● The importance of identifying talent and building effective teams.

 ● Developing clarity in decision-making. 

 ● Awareness of modern tools such as AI platforms like Claude and NotebookLM.

 ● Setting clear financial goals. 

 ● Reflecting on the Indian education system and its role in shaping careers.

 ● Transforming failures into opportunities for success.

 ● The importance of stepping out of comfort zones to achieve growth.

The session concluded with a felicitation ceremony, followed by a vote of thanks. Participants also came together for the recitation of Hanuman Chalisa, creating a moment of collective reflection, and the event ended with a group photograph capturing the spirit of the summit. 

A special note of gratitude was extended to the ECE Department, Osmania University, for providing the venue and supporting the successful conduct of the event. Overall, the Leadership Summit served as a platform not only for sharing ideas but also for building clarity, shifting mindsets, and inspiring participants to take meaningful steps toward creating impact in their personal and professional journeys.
