Soham Leadership Program Batch-4 members successfully hosted the Eminent Interaction event on 26th May 2024, focusing on the theme of Entrepreneurship and Leadership. The event brought together a diverse group of participants and featured an expert talk by Mr. Surya Prakash Kuchimanchi, Co-Founder & CEO at Deeploop Technologies. Mr. Kuchimanchi’s insights on Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and the Metaverse provided valuable perspectives on emerging technologies and their applications in business. The event began with opening prayers, setting a reflective and positive tone for the day. The regular weekly meet updates are followed by two colleges (KMICS & BJR).Mentors’ addressals were next on the agenda, offering wisdom and guidance to the participants. This was followed by a detailed presentation on the Babri Masjid – Ayodhya Ram Mandir, adding a historical and cultural dimension to the event.
The Suswara Team’s performance was a highlight, showcasing the importance of integrating cultural activities into professional gatherings. The introduction of Soham Academy and the Student Leadership Program (SLP) further emphasized the institution’s commitment to fostering leadership and innovation.
A dynamic panel discussion ensued, featuring diverse experts who shared their experiences and viewpoints on leadership challenges and opportunities in today’s business landscape. This session provided attendees with a wealth of knowledge and varying perspectives on navigating the entrepreneurial journey.
The agenda also included a yoga performance by the Yoga Team, underscoring the significance of wellness and mindfulness in professional development. Following this, an addressal provided key takeaways from the event, encouraging participants to apply what they had learned in their personal and professional lives.
The event concluded with a felicitation ceremony, acknowledging the contributions and achievements of participants, a vote of thanks, and closing prayers. A group photo session commemorated the day, capturing the spirit of community and collaboration that defined the event.
