21 days Wake-up & Pranayama Challenge

We were very excited to introduce our 1st Fitness Challenge – 21 days Wake-up & Pranayama Challenge. We all decided to make a habit of getting up early in the morning and to give some strength to the body by doing Pranayama. Everyday at 5AM, we woke up and finished Pranayama together by gathering in online meets.

This motivated each other and made everyone finish the challenge successfully. We also distributed certificates as a token of appreciation for those who consistently woke up everyday and attended the Pranayama sessions online.“Early to bed, Early to rise” is one of the greatest habits of successful people and we the leaders started to inculcate this habit in our lives.
