Teacher's Day
On 4th of September 2022, we celebrated Teachers’ Day in Soham Premises. We invited our favourite teachers who guided us and supported us very much.Shiva Rama Raju from Team Saahas invited his English lecturer, Smt. D. L. Karthika garu from Keshav Memorial Institute of Commerce and Sciences; Shravan from Team Samarpan invited his School Headmistress, Smt. Madhushalini garu from GBHS Amberpet; Meenakshi from Team Pravah invited her Sanskrit lecturer Smt. Sarala garu from Shyamala Devi Junior College; Vishnu from Team Pravah invited his school teacher, Smt. Swarna Latha garu.We decorated the Soham premises with balloons and welcomed our beloved teachers. We started our meeting with opening prayer slokas.
Sahadev sir and teachers gathered for Jyothi Prajwalana and we together commemorated Dr. Sarvepalli Radha Krishnan’s Jayanti, on whose birthday, we celebrate Teacher’s day. Then, our teachers shared their experience of teaching. We asked questions to them and they answered all the questions with love, clarity and patience. In that conversation, they recalled their teachers and felt a little emotional. We could see happy tears in their eyes which was very heart touching to see. We all were really blessed on that day as Sri Vasudeva Sarma sir, visited us and explained the importance of Guru in our life. Then, our teachers had a surprise test with Sahadev sir. It was full of fun and knowledgeable. Lastly, we played a small game with our teachers which entertained everyone. We presented a gratitude certificate to all the teachers for accepting our invitation and making the teachers’ day celebrations very memorable and valuable.
