On the account of World Mental Health day, we invited our 2nd eminent person, Dr. Surekha garu, Consultant Psychiatrist. We were very much excited to meet her and interact with her.She shared her experience with a few examples from her past. We discussed how to maintain a healthy body. We learned the differences between a Psychiatrist and Physiotherapist. 

She gave us some instructions to lead a simple life i.e., not wasting time, organising our things in an effective way, etc.The session with her was very informative and insightful.We learned many new things.
