21 Days Challenge
This is the most interesting and active practice that excited all the leaders which made them involve so enthusiastically in this challenge. We are introduced to the concept of the 21 Days Challenge to bring a change in our life that we wished for. The 21 days challenge was taken upon on different things by different leaders. Everybody framed their own list of practices. Some took the challenge to change their habitual patterns of late sleeping and late rising, to consistently make reading a daily habit, to exercise regularly, to avoid eating junk foods, to learn something new consistently for 21 days, and many more.
All these promises seemed so small and easy to put into practice but the real effort, consistency, and hardship were experienced while each leader started their own list of 21 Days Challenge and at the end shared their experiences of practicing them consistently. It was so inspiring and happy to hear the success stories and learnings of all the leaders in finishing their challenges. Some of the leaders openly accepted that they failed but bounced back and gave themselves a chance to take up the challenge and finish it off.
Great qualities of bouncing back, giving a try again despite hardships, and consistency were experienced by all the leaders with this amazing practice. We all learned that Consistency and Strong Determination were the driving forces for success and anything can be achieved with them.
